1. Organiser
This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by FPLToolbox and Stikkitz (“Organiser”)
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to residents of UK only
Employees, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible to participate.
Internet access is required.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on ends at the same time as the FPL gameweek 20 deadline. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway:
Follow both @FPLToolbox and @Stikkitz on Instagram
Tag at least 2 friends in the comments section of the post.
Submit your email via the link provided on our Instagram profiles, if you’re reading this, you found the link!!
5. Prize
The prize consists of:
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid (Entries that followed the three ) entries received during the Entry Period
The winner will be announced after the FPL gameweek 21 deadline via the Organiser’s Instagram accounts.
The winner will also be notified via email within 48 hours after the Giveaway announcement.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, a new winner may be selected.
7. Data Protection
By entering, participants consent to the Organiser collecting and storing their email addresses for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.
Participants also agree to receive occasional promotional emails from the Organiser regarding offers, updates, and future giveaways. Participants can opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the emails.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for:
Entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete.
Technical issues or failures of any kind that may affect participation in the Giveaway.
Any injury, loss, or damage caused by participation or acceptance of the prize.
9. General
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
