Gameweek 15 Team Reveal and Transfer Plans

Another game week and another Salah haul. Plenty of positives and some frustrations too. Here’s my team reveal ahead of game week 15.

Gameweek 14 review

67 points (against an average of 58) gives me another green arrow but it was a week of what ifs.

Captaining Salah was the primary positive. Having looked at his history against Newcastle, I felt confident he was a good choice. He’s on fire!

Selling Isak for Jackson really hurt when Jackson didn’t even make the team against Southampton. I know I’m not the only one who felt that pain.

Very few points elsewhere and probably most concerning is Sanchez in goal was dropped. I’ll hold for now but it’ll be annoying to have to waste a transfer if he’s lost his place.

Gameweek 15 team and transfers

I’m largely happy with the team structure but I’ve got to say Mbeumo has got to go. My issue is that I have no funds in the bank and few options that I genuinely like. His value is due to drop as many managers look to sell him – not a shot in the last game is a damning stat.

Gabriel is still flagged but I’m hopeful he will be ready for the weekend.

Captaincy stays with Salah for the Merseyside derby. He’s in such good form and no other player in my team has a stand out fixture. Saka at Fulham is vice but I can’t see that as being better than Salah’s game.

I’m nervous about the Brighton players away to a resurgent Leicester but on paper they have a good chance.

Brentford are so good at home that Mbeumo will probably stay but it’s likely for only one more week. Rogers of Aston Villa has Southampton at home this week but after that fixtures aren’t great and his minutes are not guaranteed. I’m probably going to just roll the transfer and reassess after another week.
